When Remo Nicolini, the man behind A25 Pizzeria and +39, opened a tiny pasta and tiramisu bar on Little Collins Street, the queues were immediate. This forty-seat Richmond follow-up landed in June 2026 with the same promise: everything on the menu under $20.
The bigger kitchen buys Richmond some exclusives, including porcini mushroom arancini, deep-fried squacquerone cheese sticks, crayfish ravioli and a Snickers tiramisu. The core remains Roman: cacio e pepe, amatriciana, rigatoni carbonara, plus Nicolini's childhood favourite, an Abruzzo ragu of wagyu braised in sangiovese for eight hours. Every tiramisu on the list, from classic to limoncello to pistachio, is gluten free.
