Pink Lemonade

Pink Lemonade is what Melbourne's lockdowns did to a hire-car company car park: turned it into one of the only dedicated outdoor drinking spaces at the station end of Swan Street. Murals, Astroturf and fairy-lit palms set the scene, right next door to Richmond station.

Hells Bellz Smokehouse handles the American BBQ as a permanent resident, joined by Black Drum Cafe, the Melbourne flagship of Sydney's Black Drum Roasters, trading from 6am on weekdays. Weekends bring rotating food trucks, live music on Fridays, bottomless sessions on Saturdays and Sunday sessions to close the week. Beer garden energy, no pub required.
